Materials
- Desiccated Coconut- 1/2 cup
- Milk- 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 4 tbsp
- Mango pulp – 1 cup
- Crushed Mix Dry Fruits(optional)
- Pistachio for garnishing
Instructions
- To make a unique Mango Barfi place a pan on flame and add 1 cup of desiccated coconut and roast a little.
- Afte coconut turns a little golden, add 1/2 cup of milk, and mix well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of sugar and mix well and stir continuously.
- Now add 1 cup of mango pulp and mix well and cook until it turns thick.
- After the mix turns a little thick, add chopped dry fruits and mix well.
- After the mixture starts leaving the pan, add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and let it be a little cool.
- Now, take a tray and grease it with oil.
- Now, transfer the barfi mix into the tray and spread well.
- Now garnish it with desiccated coconut and chopped pistachio.
- Now, let it set for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, check the barfi and cut it into squire pieces.
- Now your Mango Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
