  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • 1 cup of diced vegetables (onions, capsicum, carrot)
  • 2 cups (300ml) water
  • Chopped spring onion for garnishing

  • 1 packet Ching’s Secret Veg Manchurian Masala
  • 2 cup grated cabbage
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1/3 cup besan
  • Salt to taste
  •  Oil for deep frying
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (onions, capsicum, carrot)
  • 2 cup water
  • Chopped spring onion for garnishing

Instructions

  • To make Veg Manchurian, take a bowl and add 2 cups of grated cabbage.
  • Now add 1 tsp of grated ginger, 1 tsp of finely chopped green chilies, 1/4 cup of gram flour, 1 tsp of salt, and mix everything well.
  • Now, one by one, make small balls with the mix.
  • Now, place a Pan on flame, add oil for deep frying, and heat well.
  • After the hot oil, add prepared balls and fry well.
  • After Manchurian balls turn golden & crispy, transfer them to a plate.
  • Now, take a bowl and add 2 cups of water.
  • Now add chings secret veg Manchurian masala and mix well.
  • Now, place a pan on the flame, add 3 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
  • Now add 1 cup of diced vegetables and fry everything for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes, add fried Manchurian balls and mix well.
  • Now add chings veg masala mix and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • After the gravy turns thick, turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped spring onion greens.
