Ingredients of Lahsun Chutney Recipe

  • Dry Red Chilli – 50 gms
  • Oil – 4 tbsp
  • Garlic – 100 gms
  • Ginger – 1.5 inch
  • Tamarind
  • Crushed Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp

1 – To make Garlic chutney first of all take 50 grams of red chili and soak it into the water for 2 Hours.

2 – Now take a strainer and strain all water from chili and keep the water aside we will use it later.

3 – Now put a pan on gas on low medium flame and add 4 tbsp of oil in it.

4 – After oil becomes hot then add 100Gms of garlic, 1.5 inches ginger, tamarind, and roast until golden.

5 – Now add 1 tsp of crushed coriander seeds, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and mix well.
6 – After frying everything well add soaked red chili into it and roast well.

7 – Now turn off the gas and let everything cool.
8 – Now take a grinding jar and add chili-mix into it.
9 – Now add salt as per taste, 2 ladles full of red chili water ( red chili soaked water ), and make a coarse paste.

10- Now put a pan on gas and 2 tbsp of oil and heat on low medium flame.
11 – After heating oil add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, some curry leaves, and 7-8 garlic cloves and roast well.

12 – Now add grind chutney into the pan and mix everything well.

13 – Now put a lid on it and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on low flame until it starts leaving oil.
14 – Now turn off the gas and take it out in a Bowl.

15 – Now your garlic chutney is completely ready and you can enjoy it.
