Materials
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour / Maida
- Salt as per Taste
- 1 tsp Sugar Powder
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Baking
- Nigella Seed
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- To Make Kulcha first, take a wide bowl and add 2 cups of all-purpose flour.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1 tsp of sugar powder, 3 tbsp of butter, 4 tbsp of curd, 1 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, and mix everything well.
- Now, add water little by little and make a smooth dough.
- Now grease the Dough with butter, close the lid, and let it rest for 40-50 minutes.
- After 1 hour, check the Dough and knead again.
- Now, divide the Dough into small balls.
- Now, grease the roller board and roll the dough ball on it with a roller pin.
- Now, on the rolled Dough, add nigella seeds and chopped coriander.
- Now roll it again a little more.
- Now, follow the same steps and roll all dough balls.
- Now, place a Tawa on low flame and heat well.
- Now, take the rolled Kulcha and apply water on its backside.
- Now, place the Kulcha on flame and sprinkle some water on the side of Tawa.
- Now cover the lid and bake on low flame and cook for 30-40 seconds.
- Now flip the Kulcha and sprinkle water on the side of Tawa and close the lid and cook for 30-40 seconds.
- Now, if you want to store this Kulcha, then you can store them for four days in the fridge.
- Now, if you want to enjoy the Kulcha now, then apply butter on both sides’ baked Kulcha.
- Now bake it on Tawa again on medium flame.
- Now your Kulcha is baked perfectly, you can enjoy them.
