Materials
- 1 cup Besan
- 2 Finely chopped green chilli
- 1/4 cup Finely chopped Methi
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt as per taste
- Curd/buttermilk
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch Hing
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- Coriander finely chopped
- Lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- To make Khandvi, take a bowl and add 1 cup of Besan/Gram flour.
- Now add two chopped green chilli, 1/4 cup of finely chopped Methi, 1 tsp of ginger paste, 1/ tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, salt as per taste, and 1/2 cup of curd.
- Now, little by little, add water as required and mix well with the help of a whisker and prepare a flowing consistency batter.
- Now, take a bowl and grease it with oil.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 tsp of oil, and heat well.
- Now add prepared batter to the pan and stir continuously.
- Now, let it rest for 8 to 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, Take it out on a plate.
- Now, cut the prepared khandvi into pieces.
- Now, Place a Tadka pan on flame and add 1 tsp of oil.
- Now add 1 tsp of Mustard seeds, 1 tsp of Asafoetida, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, and turn Off the flame.
- Now spread Tadka on Khandvi and add some chopped Coriander.
- Now your perfect Khandvi is ready, and you can enjoy it.

Khandvi Recipe – Step By Step

12 – Now, Place a Tadka pan on flame and add 1 tsp of oil.
13 – Now add 1 tsp of Mustard seeds, 1 tsp of Asafoetida, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, and turn Off the flame.
14 – Now spread Tadka on Khandvi and add some chopped Coriander.
15 – Now your perfect Khandvi is ready, and you can enjoy it.
