अगर एक बार ली ये Tasty मिठाई तो कभी नहीं खरीदोगे बाजार की मिठाई Pista Burfi Recipes – Burfi Recipe

Desiccated coconut – 3 cups
Condensed Milk- 3/4 cup
Saffron Strands – 1 pinch
Pistachio powder – 2 tbsp
Green food color – 2 drops
Rose Essence – 3 drops
Silver Vark (optional)

  • To make Kesar Pista Coconut delight take a bowl, add Desiccated coconut,Condensed Milk.
  • Add condensed milk in batches and mix well to form a dough.
  • Divide into 3 parts.
  • In one part add soaked saffron milk and mix well( Alternatively use yellow food color and elachi powder ).
  • In second part add Pistachio powder(Take pista and make a course powder on pulse),Green food color and mix well.
  • In 3rd part add rose essence and mix well.
  • Take a plate/barfi tray spread butter paper and grease it.
  • Transfer white layer and spread.
  • Transfer green layer and spread.
  • Transfer saffron layer and spread.
  • Keep in fridge for 10 min to set.
  • After 10 mins cut into pieces.
  • Garnish with chandini vark /silver vark (optional) or use dry fruits.
  • ENJOY THIS SUPER DELICIOUS SWEET!!!
