Materials

  • 3 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3/4 cup Condensed Milk
  • Saffron Strands soaked into milk
  • Pistachio Powder 
  • Green food colour
  • Silver Vark 

Instructions

  • To make Instant Barfi, take a bowl and add 3 cups of desiccated coconut.
  • Now, little by little, add 3/4 cup of condensed milk and mix well.
  • Now, divide the dough into 3 parts.
  • Now, take one part of the dough, add soaked saffron strands of milk, and mix well.
  • Now, take the second part of the dough, add pistachio powder, 2 drops of green food color, and mix well.
  • Now, take the third part of the dough and add rose essence and mix well.
  • Now, take a barfi tray, place butter paper, and grease it with ghee.
  • Now, first transfer the white dough into the tray and spread well.
  • Now transfer green Pista mix on the white barfi layer and spread well.
  • Now transfer saffron barfi mix on the green barfi layer and spread well.
  • Now, let it set into the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, take out barfi on a plate.
  • Now garnish it with silver Vark and cut the barfi into triangle pieces.
  • Now your Instant coconut barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
