Kaju Katli Kulfi Recipe | How to make Kaju Katli Kulfi at Home | Kaju Kulfi Recipe
Materials
- Kaju/Cashew – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
- Milk cream – 5 tbsp
- Chopped cashew
- Salt – 1 pinch
- Silver leaf
- Chopped Pistachio
Instructions
- To make the perfect Kaju Katli Kulfi, take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of Kaju/Cashew.
- Now add 1 cup of boiled milk(at room temperature) 1/2 cup of sugar, and mix well.
- Now add 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well again.
- Now, keep it aside let it soak for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, take a grinding jar, add Kaju mix, grind on the pulse and make a fine paste.
- Now add 5 tbsp of milk cream(Milk Malai), one pinch of salt, and churn well again.
- Now add finely chopped cashew and mix well.
- Now, take Kulfi Moulds and fill prepared kulfi mix into them.
- Now wrap all kulfi molds with foil paper.
- Now freeze the Kulfi for 1/2 hours.
- After 1/2 hour, take out Kulfi Moulds from the freezer and insert Kulfi Stick into them.
- Now again, freeze the Kulfi for 7-8 hours.
- After 7-8 hours, take out the Kulfi from the freezer.
- Now, de molds the Kulfi and garnish them with Silver leaf and chopped pistachio.
- Now your amazing and Most delicious Kaju Katli Kulfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

Kaju Katli Kulfi Recipe – Step By Step
