Kaddu Ki Sabzi Recipe | How to make Pumpkin Sabzi at Home | Kaddu Ki Sabji
Materials
- 500 grams Chopped Pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Methi Dana
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- Chopped coriander
- 1/2 bowl Grapes cut into halves
- Oil
- Mustard Seeds
- 2 pcs Green chilli
- 1/2 inch Ginger
Instructions
- To make perfect Halwai Style Kaddu Ki Sabzi( Pumpkin Sabzi), first take 500 grams of chopped Pumpkin.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add cooking oil, and heat well.
- After the hot oil, add Mustard seeds, Methi Dana, turmeric powder, asafoetida, chopped green chilli, ginger, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli, and mix everything well and saute on medium flame.
- After masala is roasted well, add chopped Pumpkin and mix well.
- Now add little water and salt as per taste, pepper powder, and mix everything well and fry for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, add water as required, close the lid and cook on a medium flame for 6-7 minutes.
- After 6-7 minutes, remove the lid and check.
- Now add chopped praps and mix well and close the lid and cook for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, remove the lid and add dry mango powder, sugar, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli, garam masala, and mix everything well.
- Now, turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
- Now your Halwai style Pumpkin Sabzi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

1 – To make perfect Halwai Style Kaddu Ki Sabzi( Pumpkin Sabzi), first take 500 grams of chopped Pumpkin.
