Instant Sev Barfi Recipe | How to make Instant Sev Barfi at Home | Easy Barfi Recipe
Materials
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Milk – 3/4 cup
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Sev – 1 cup
- Milk Powder – 3 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Sffron Strands – 1 pinch
- Chopped dry fruits
Instructions
- To make Perfect Sev Barfi, place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee, and melt well.
- After ghee melts, add 3/4 cup of milk and mix well well and boil.
- After milk starts boiling, add 1 cup of Nylon Sev(unsalted Sev)and mix gently on low, medium flame.
- After mixing the Sev add 1/2 cup of sugar and mix well and melt.
- Now add 3 tbsp of milk powder and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, 1 pinch of saffron soaked into milk, and mix well.
- After Mix becomes thick and starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame.
- Now, take a tray and grease it with ghee/oil.
- Now transfer the Barfi mix to the Greased tray and spread well.
- Now garnish the barfi with chopped dry fruits and let it Set for 20 minutes in the fridge.
- After 20 minutes, take the barfi from the fridge and cut it into squire pieces.
- Now your amazing Sev Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
