- Oil for deep frying
- Red Chilly Powder
- Salt
- Rock Salt
- Pepper Powder
Instructions
- To make Instant Potato chips take 6 to 7 New Potato(chips potato).
- Now wash and Peel the skin of all potatoes.
- Now, clean all potatoes with the help of a towel.
- Now, take a potato slicer and cut all potatoes into slices.
- Now, place a pan on medium flame, fill half of the pan with oil, and heat well.
- Now, wipe excess water from the slices with the help of a towel.
- Now, make sure that oil is hot enough for frying.
- Now, add potato slices one by one into the oil on high flame.
- Now rotate and fry on all sides until all chips turn golden and crispy.
- After chips turn golden & crispy, take them out on a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now Your Crispy & Instant Potato chips are Ready.
- To make your chips more taster, add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of red chili powder, and mix well.
- Now, if you make these chips fast, you can Sprinkle Rock salt and Black pepper Powder.
