Kalakand is a popular Indian Sweet made by reducing Milk & sugar.It is a rich Milk Cake. It can be made in any of the festive occasions like Diwali & all.It is very instant & easy to make Sweet.It can be made in different ways like by using Paneer , Milk powder & Condensed Milk.

बिना दूध 3 चीज़ो से ऐसी स्वादिष्ट मिठाई बनाई सब कह उठे पहले क्यों नहीं बताई Kalaland Recipe – Kalakand

INGREDIENTS
Grated Paneer – 500 gms
Milk Powder – 2 tbsp
Condensed Milk – 400 gms
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

  • To make instant kalakand in a bowl take grated paneer.
  • Add milk powder,Condensed Milk and mix well.
  • Add mix into a kadai and cook on low flame,Stir continously.
  • Cook until thick and separates from pan.
  • Add cardamom powder and Mix well.
  • Take a burfi tray or plate and place a butter paper.
  • Grease with ghee.
  • Transfer hot mix onto plate/tray.
  • Spread it evenly.
  • Set in room temparature for 2 hours or 30 mins in fridge.
  • Remove butter paper and transfer on plate.
  • Cut into desired shape.
  • Garnish with dry fruits.
  • KALAKAND IS READY TO SERVE. ENJOY!!!
