Instant Balushahi Recipe | How to make Balushahi at Home | Badusha Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- Saffron Strands
- 5 - 6 Bread slices
- 100 grams All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- Oil/Ghee For deep fry
- Dry fruits
Instructions
- To make the perfect Instant Balushahi, First place a pan on flame and add 1 cup of sugar in it.
- Now add 1/2 cup of water, melt sugar well on a low medium flame, and prepare a sticky consistency syrup.
- After sugar melts, add some Saffron strands soaked in warm water and mix well.
- After sugar syrup turns sticky, turn off the flame and keep it aside.
- Now, take 5 to 6 bread slices and cut the brown edges.
- Now, add pieces of bread into a grinding jar, prepare bread crumbs, and transfer the bread crumbs to a bowl.
- Now add 100 Grams of all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp of baking soda, and mix everything well.
- Now, little by little, add water and prepare a semi-soft dough.
- Now cover the dough and keep it aside for 2 minutes.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add oil/Ghee, and heat well on low flame.
- Now, take a small portion of dough and prepare a round ball.
- Now press on the bowl and make a small hole in the mid of it.
- Now prepare all Balushahi with the remaining dough.
- Now add Prepared Balushahi in the pan and fry until golden.
- After Balushahi turns golden, transfer them into the sugar syrup and fry the next batch.
- Now dip Balushahi in the sugar syrup for 3 to 4 Minutes.
- After 3 to 4 minutes, transfer the Balushahi to a plate.
- Now your Balushahi is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
