  • दूध की मलाई – 1 cup
  • दुध – 1/2 cup
  • केसर
  • इलायची पाउडर – 3-4 pods
  • चीनी पाउडर – 3 tbsp
  • बारीक़ कटे हुए बादाम – 8-10
  • बारीक़ कटे हुए पिस्ता – 8-10

Materials

  • 1 cup Malai ( Milk Malai )
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Saffron strand pinch
  • 3-4 pods Cardamom Powder
  • 3 tbsp. Sugar powder 
  • 8-10 Finely chopped almonds 
  • 8-10 Finely chopped pistachio 

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Market-style Kulfi, take 1 cup of fresh milk cream.
  • Now, take a jar, add milk cream, and 1 cup of little hot milk.
  • Now, whisk the cream with the help of whiskers.
  • Now add 1 pinch saffron strands, 1 tsp of cardamom powder, 3 tbsp of sugar powder, and mix everything well.
  • Now add 8 to 10 finely chopped almonds, 8 to 10 finely chopped pistachio, and mix well.
  • Now, take mold or glass or paper cups or anything you have for setting kulfi.
  • Now, fill kulfi mix into Molds and cover Molds with plastic or butter paper.
  • Now place ice cream stick between of Molds.
  • Now, Freeze your kulfi for 6 to 7 hours or overnight in the freezer.
  • After 6-7 hours, demold the kulfi by dipping the kulfi mold into water.
  • After this, keep it between hands and press to remove kulfi.
  • Now your Matka malai kulfi is ready, and you can enjoy it.
