For Onion Tomato Chutney

  • Oil – 2 tsp
  • Chickpeas Split – 1 tbsp
  • Dried Red Chili – 3
  • Chopped Onion – 1
  • Garlic – 4 pieces
  • Chopped Tomato – 2
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Tamarind Paste – 1 tsp

  • Green peas – 1 cup
  • Garlic Green chilli – 2 to 3
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Coriander Water – 4 to 5 tsp
  • Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
  • Semolina – 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour – 4 tbsp
  • Salt as per Taste 
  • Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Water – 2.5 cups

For Onion Tomato Chutney

  • Oil – 2 tsp
  • Chickpeas Split – 1 tbsp
  • Dried Red Chili – 3
  • Chopped Onion – 1
  • Garlic – 4 pieces
  • Chopped Tomato – 2
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
  • Tamarind Paste – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Green Peas Dosa, take a grinding jar, and add 1 cup of green peas.
  • Next step – add 4-5 garlic cloves, 2-3 garlic cloves, 1 inch of ginger, fresh coriander, and 4-5 tbsp of water and make a fine paste.
  • Next step – transfer the prepared paste into a bowl.
  • Next step – add 1/2 cup of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of semolina, 4 tbsp of rice flour, and salt as per taste.
  • Next step – add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, and mix everything well.
  • Next step – add 2.5 cups of water and prepare a buttermilk consistency batter.
  • Next step – cover the batter and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, place a tawa on flame, grease it with oil, and heat well.
  • After the tawa is hot, pour one ladle full of batter and roast until golden.
  • After the Dosa turns dry, add some drops of oil.
  • After the Dosa turns golden & crispy, transfer the Dosa to a plate and roast the next Dosa.

Onion Tomato Chutney

  • Place a pan on flame, add 2 tsp of oil, and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, add 1 tbsp of chickpeas split and roast on medium flame.
  • After some time, add 2-3 dry red chilli, one roughly chopped onion, and four garlic cloves and saute well until golden.
  • After the onion turns a little golden, add two chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, and roast well.
  • After the tomatoes turn soft, add 1 tsp of tamarind paste and mix well.
  • Next step – turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • Next step – take a grinding jar, add chutney mixture, little water, and make a fine paste.
  • Now your perfect Onion Tomato chutney is completely ready, and you can enjoy it with Green Peas Dosa.
