  • Black Raisins – 2 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut – 1/2 cup
  • Melon Seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Poppy Seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour – 2 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 225 gram
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Dried Ginger Powder – 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg – 1/2 tsp
  • Jaggery (Grated) – 250 grams
  • Water – 2 tbsp

Materials

  • Ghee – 5 tbsp
  • Gond/ edible gum – 1/2 cup
  • Almonds – 1/4 cup
  • Cashew nut – 1/4 cup
  • Fox Nut – 1/2 cup
  • Pistachio – 2 tbsp
  • Black Raisins – 2 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut – 1/2 cup
  • Melon Seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Poppy Seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Gram flour – 2 tbsp
  • Wheat flour – 225 gram
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Dried Ginger Powder – 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg – 1/2 tsp
  • Jaggery (Grated) – 250 grams
  • Water – 2 tbsp

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Gond Ke Ladoo, place a Kadhai on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee, and melt.
  • After the ghee melts, add 100 grams of Gond/Edible Gum, roast on low flame, and stir continuously.
  • After some time, transfer the fried Gond to a plate and fry the next batch.
  • Next step – add 1/4 cup of almonds and 1/4 cup of cashew into hot oil and fry well for 1 minute.
  • After 1 minute, transfer the fried dry fruits to a plate.
  • Next step – add 1 tbsp of raisins and 1 tbsp of pistachio and fry a little.
  • After some time, transfer the raisins & pistachio to a plate.
  • Next step – add 1/2 cup of Fox nut into hot oil and fry well.
  • Next step – add 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut and roast well on low flame.
  • After the desiccated coconut turns aromatic, transfer it to a plate and let it cool.
  • Next step – into dry Kadhai, add 2 tbsp of melon seeds and 2 tbsp of poppy seeds, and roast a little.
  •  After roasting a little, turn off the flame, transfer it to a plate and let everything cool.
  • Next step – take fried edible gum and crush it well with the help of a crusher.
  • Next step – add roasted poppy seeds & melon seeds in a grinding jar, make a coarse powder and transfer it to a big bowl.
  • Next step – add roasted almonds & cashew chopped pistachio in the grinding jar, make a coarse powder and transfer it to the big bowl.
  • Next step – add roasted foxnut into a grinding jar, make a coarse powder and transfer it to the bowl.
  • Next step – add roasted desiccated coconut, crushed Gond, and roasted raisins and mix everything well.
  • Next step – place the Kadhai on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee, and melt.
  • After the ghee melts, add 2 tbsp of gram flour and roast well on low flame.
  • After a minute, add 225 grams of wheat flour and roast on low flame until aromatic.
  • After the wheat flour turns golden, turn off the flame, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, 1 tsp of dry ginger powder, and 1/2 tsp of grated nutmeg, and mix well.
  • Next step – transfer the wheat flour mixture into the big bowl and mix everything well.
  • Next step – place a Kadhai on flame, add 250 grams of crushed jaggery, 2-3 tbsp of water, and 1 tbsp of ghee and melt the jaggery on low flame.
  • After the syrup starts boiling, turn off the flame, little by little, add syrup to the Ladoo mixture and mix well.
  • After the mix turns a little cool, prepare Ladoo’s with the Ladoo mixture.
  • Now your Perfect Gond Ke Ladoo is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
