  • Jaggery- 1/2 cup (150 grams)

Materials

  • Paneer – 400 grams
  • Cardamom Powder 
  • Milk powder – 5 tbsp
  • Clarified Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Jaggery- 1/2 cup (150 grams)
  • Chopped Dry Fruits

Instructions

  • To make this amazing Falahari Barfi, take 400 grams of Paneer(cheese) and cut it into small pieces.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add paneer pieces into it and make a fine paste.
  • Now transfer the paneer paste to a plate.
  • Now, into paneer paste, add cardamom powder, 5 tbsp of milk powder, and mix well with your hands.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of ghee, and heat well.
  • After ghee melts, add 150 grams of crushed jaggery and melt it well.
  • After ghee melts, add paneer mix into the pan, mix well, and cook on low flame until it starts leaving the pan.
  • While cooking the barfi mix, take a barfi tray, grease it with oil, and keep it aside.
  • After the barfi mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame.
  • Now, transfer the barfi mix into greased tray and spread well.
  • Now garnish it with chopped dry fruits and press with a bowl.
  • Now let it set into fridge/room temperature.
  • Now, cut it into pieces as you like.
  • Now, your Falahari Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
