- 1 cup Cashew Nuts
- 1 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Pistachio
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 2 cups Dates
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- 2 tsp Honey
Instructions
- First take 2 cups dates and remove their seeds.
- Now in a grinding jar grind dates with 1/2 cup water.
- Now take a bowl of cashew nuts and cut them into 2 parts.
- Now take 1 bowl of almonds and take 1/2 bowl walnuts and also take 1/4 cup pistachios.
- Now add 1/4 cup white seeds and also add 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds along with 1/2 cup decanted coconut.
- Dry roast everything on low flame now
- Transfer all the dry fruits on a plate now and let it cool down.
- Now take 1/2 cup of oats and roast them lightly.
- Now turn off the gas and let the oats cool down.
- Now make a coarse powder of oats in a grinding jar.
- Now you also put oats powder in dry fruits mix.
- Now take a pan and cook the palm paste in it on low flame till it becomes thick.
- Now you take a tray and apply oil on it and put a butter paper on it.
- Now put all the dry fruits in the palm paste and also add 1/4 tbsp. cardamom powder.
- Now cook it well on low flame and mix everything well.
- Now turn off the gas and add 2 tbsp. Mix honey and everything well.
- Now you transfer everything to the tray and set it well.
