  • Walnuts – 1/2 cup
  • Pistachio – 1/4 cup
  • Sesame Seeds – 1/4 cup..

  • Desiccated Coconut – 1/2 cup
  • Oats – 1/2 cup
  • Dates – 2 cups
  • Water – 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp

Materials

  • 1 cup Cashew Nuts
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts 
  • 1/4 cup Pistachio
  • 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds 
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Oats 
  • 2 cups Dates 
  • 1/2 cup Water 
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder 
  • 2 tsp Honey 

Instructions

  • To make the perfect Healthy Energy Bar, take a grinding jar and add 2 cups of seedless Dates.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of water, grind well and make a fine paste.
  • Now place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of cashew(cut into two parts), 1 cup of almonds, 1/2 bowl of walnuts, 1/4 cup of pistachio, 1/4 cup of sesame seeds, 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut and roast everything well on low flame.
  • Turn off the flame when dry fruits turn aromatic & crisp, and transfer them to a plate.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of oats into the pan and roast well on low flame.
  • After some seconds, turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • Now, take a grinding jar, add cooled oats, and make a coarse powder.
  • Now transfer the oats powder into the dry fruit mix.
  • Now, place the pan on flame, add date paste and cook until it turns thick & leaves the pan.
  • While cooking the date mix, take a tray, grease it with oil/ghee and place butter paper into it.
  • After the date paste turns thick and leaves the pan, add dry fruit mix, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder and mix everything well.
  • Now turn off the flame, add 2 tbsp of honey and mix well.
  • Now transfer the Energy Bar Mix into the greased tray, spread well and let it set for 1 hour.
  • After one hour, check the energy bar and cut it into pieces.
  • You can also pack your energy bar into butter paper on foil paper.
  • Now, your Perfect and amazing Healthy and tasty Energy Bar is completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
