Paneer Manchurian Recipe | How to make Paneer Manchurian at Home | Manchurian Recipe
Materials
- 300 grams Paneer/Cottage Cheese
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Oil For Shallow Fry
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion Petals
- 1 tbsp Grated Ginger
- 1 tbsp Grated Garlic
- 4 Green Chillies
- 1/2 Red & Green Capsicum
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- Salt as per taste
- Spring Onion Green
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- Spring Onion Green
Instructions
- To make Perfect Hotel Style Manchurian, first take 300 grams of cubes to form Paneer(Cheese).
- Now, take a wide bowl and add 2 tbsp of corn starch, 1 tbsp of All-purpose flour, and all paneer pieces.
- Now again, add 1 tbsp of corn starch (Alternatively, use 3 tbsp Arrowroot & 1 tbsp Maida / Alternatively, use 2 tbsp Maida & 3 tbsp Rice Flour), salt as per taste.
- Now add 1 tsp of red chilli powder and toss well and coat the cheese.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for shallow fry and heat well.
- After the oil is hot one by one, add Paneer Pieces into oil and fry well on all sides on medium flame.
- After the paneer turns golden, transfer paneer pieces into a plate.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add 3 tbsp of oil, and heat well on high flame.
- Now add 1 tbsp of grated ginger, 1 tbsp of grated garlic, four chopped green chilies, and saute well on high flame.
- After some seconds, add one onion petal and saute well for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, add capsicum and saute well for 1 minute.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, salt as per taste and mix well and fry.
- After vegetables are cooked well, add spring onion green and mix well.
- Now add 1 tbsp of soya sauce and mix well.
- Now add 2 tbsp of red chili sauce, 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tsp of white vinegar, and mix well.
- Now take 1 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli, add little water to it, mix well, and make a paste.
- Now add red chilli paste into the pan, add little water, mix well, and cook.
- Now, take 1 tsp of cornflour, add little water, and make a slurry.
- Now, little by little, add slurry into the pan, mix well, and cook on medium-high flame.
- After souces are cooked well, add Fried Paneer into the pan, mix well, and coat.
- After 30 seconds, turn off the flame and garnish it with spring onion greens.
- Now your Hotel-style Paneer Manchurian is ready, and you can enjoy it.
