Dum Aloo Recipe | How to make Dum Aloo at Home | Dum Aalu Recipe
Materials
- 500 grams Boiled Baby Potato
- 5 tbsp Curd
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Kasoori Methi
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 tbsp Musturd Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 pcs Chopped capsicum
- 3 pcs Slit Green chilli
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Chopped corindar Leaves
Instructions
- To make Dum aloo First take 500 grams of Boiled and Peeled Small potatos.
- Now take a bowl and add 5 tbsp of curd to it.
- Now add ½ tsp of Turmeric Powder, ½ tsp of Red chili powder, 1 tsp of garam masala. ½ tsp of Kasuri methi, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of coriander powder and mix everything well.
- Now add all small Potato to the Bowl and mix well.
- Now cover and keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Now place a pan on flame and 2 tbsp of mustard oil and heat well.
- Now add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 pcs of chopped capsicum 3 pcs of slit green chilli, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, and roast well on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute add Marinated Potato to the pan and mix well on low flame.
- Now put a lid on the pan and cook until it starts releasing oil.
- After it starts releasing oil add finely chopped coriander, ½ tsp of lemon juice, and mix everything well.
- Now your Dum aloo is ready and you can serve and enjoy it.

Dum Aloo Recipe – Step By Step

9 – Now, put a lid on the pan and cook until it starts releasing oil.
10 – After it starts releasing oil, add finely chopped coriander, ½ tsp of lemon juice, and mix everything well.
11 – Now your Dum aloo is ready, and you can serve and enjoy it.
