Materials
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
- Mustard – 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida – 2 pinch
- Dried Red Chili -1
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Chopped Green Chili – 1 tsp
- Garlic
- Curd -1/2 cup
- Water
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Sugar
- Kasoori Methi
- Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the amazing Dahi Tadka, place a pan on a flame, add two tablespoons of oil, and heat well.
- After the hot oil, add 1 tsp of cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp. of mustard seeds, two pinches of asafoetida, dry red chili, and roast a little.
- After roasting, add one chopped onion, one chopped onion, and 1 tsp of grated garlic, and roast everything well.
- Now take 1/2 cup of curd, a little water, and whisk well.
- After roasting sometimes, add two tsp of red chili powder and 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder and mix well.
- After 30 seconds, turn off the flame, add the whisked curd, and mix well.
- Now add salt as per taste, a pinch of sugar, Kasoori methi, and chopped coriander, and mix well.
- Now your perfect Dahi Tadka is completely ready.
Onion Rice Recipe
- To make the perfect onion rice, place a pan on a flame, add one tablespoon of butter, and heat well.
- After the hot ghee, add one tablespoon of cumin seeds, and two split green chillies, and roast a little.
- After a few seconds, add boiled rice, salt as per taste, 4-5 tbsp of roasted onion, and chopped coriander, and mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and serve your onion rice.
Fulka Roti Recipe
- To make the perfect Fulka Roti, take a wide plate, add 2 cups of wheat flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and mix well.
- Now add water in batches, mix well, and prepare a soft dough.
- Now add a little onion, knead well, and let it rest for 8–10 minutes.
- Now take a small portion of dough, coat it with flour, and roll it to medium thickness.
- Now place a tawa on the flame and heat well.
- After the tawa is hot, add the prepared roti and roast well on medium heat.
- After roasting for some time, flip the roti and roast for a few seconds.
- After a few seconds, roast the roti directly on the flame on both sides.
