Materials

  • 1 cup Poha 
  • 2 Boiled Potato 
  • 2 Finely Chopped Chilli 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • Finely Chopped Coriander

Instructions

  • To make crispy poha, first of all take 1 cup of poha.
  • Now grind the poha well in a grinding jar.
  •  Now take the bowl and take 2 grated boiled potatoes in it. (After boiling the potatoes, cool for a while)
  •  Now add two finely chopped green chilies.
  • Now add salt as per taste.
  • Now add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste to it.
  • Now add Poha powder.
  • Now put in the finely chopped coriander.
  • Now mix everything together and leave it for five minutes.
  • Take a little mixer now and make it into a ball shape.
  • Now roll this ball and make it into a medium roll. Now do the same with the rest of the mixer.
  • Now Take Philips air fryer now.
  • Now open the wire rack.
  •  Now take a little oil and brush it on a wire rack.
  • Now place the fingers in the wire rack.
  • Now apply oil on all the fingers with the help of a brush.
  • Now heat it at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes your crispy poha finger is ready and you can enjoy it now.
