Materials
- 1 cup Poha
- 2 Boiled Potato
- 2 Finely Chopped Chilli
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- Finely Chopped Coriander
Instructions
- To make the perfect & Easy Poha Fingers, take take a grinding jar.
- Now add 1 cup of Poha/Chiwda and make a fine powder.
- Now, take a bowl to add two boiled & grated potatoes into it.
- Now add two finely chopped green chilli, salt as per taste, 1/2 tsp of pepper powder, 1 tsp of garlic paste.
- Now, little by little, add prepared Poha powder, chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- Now let it rest for 5minutes.
- After 5 minutes, check the dough, take the lemon-sized dough, and prepare a thin log.
- Now, one by one, prepare all potato fingers with the remaining dough.
- If you want to store these fingers, you can keep them in the freezer for 1 to 2 months.
- Now take a Philips air-Fryer.
- Now, take out the wire rack and grease it with oil.
- Now, place prepared Poha fingers into the wire rack and apply oil on them.
- Now, bake your Poha fingers at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, check your Poha fingers.
- Now your Perfect Poha Fingers are ready, and you can enjoy them.
