  • Wheat Flour- 1/2 cup
  • All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Caraway- 1 tsp
  • Oil – 4 tbsp
  • Moong daal namkin -1/2 cup
  • Aloo bhujiya – 1 cup
  • Mix Namkin -1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut(optional)
  • Salt -1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder -1/2 tsp
  • Currant/ Kishmish (optional)
  • Red Chilli Sauce- 1 tbsp

Materials

  • Wheat Flour- 1/2 cup
  • All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Caraway- 1 tsp
  • Oil – 4 tbsp
  • Moong daal namkin -1/2 cup
  • Aloo bhujiya – 1 cup
  • Mix Namkin -1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut(optional)
  • Salt -1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder -1/2 tsp
  • Currant/ Kishmish (optional)
  • Red Chilli Sauce- 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • To make Khasta Masala Sticks take a Bowl and add 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of wheat flour, 1 tsp of carom seeds, 1 tsp of Salt, 4 tbsp of oil, and mix everything well.
  • Now, little by little, add warm water, mix well, and prepare a medium soft dough.
  • Now coat the dough with oil and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add 1 cup of Aloo Bhujiya, 1/2 cup of Moong Dal Namkeen, 1/2 cup of mix Namkeen, Cashew, 1/2 tsp of Salt, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of Dry Mango Powder.
  • Now grind well and make a coarse powder if you like sweet, then you can add raisins into it(optional).
  • Now add 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce and mix well, and your filling is ready.
  • After 10-15 minutes, check the dough and knead well one more time.
  • Now, one by one, take a small portion of dough and prepare round balls with it.
  • Now take the ball and roll it like Poori.
  • Now add one tbsp of filling into it.
  • Now first folds the Poori from one side than the second side like the following image.
  • Now fold the Poori from the third side, then apply water, fold the fourth side, and prepare a Roll.
  • Now, one by one, prepare Roll from the remaining Dough and Stiffing.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for frying and heat well.
  • After the oil is hot, add prepared Roll into pan and roast well on all sides on medium flame.
  • After sticks turn golden and crispy, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
  • Now your Amazing Khasta Masala Sticks are ready, and you can enjoy them.
