  • Desiccated Coconut – 1.5 cup
  • Milk Malai – 2 tbsp
  • Milk Powder – 1 cup
  • Green Food Colour

Materials

  • 1.5 cup Milk 
  • 1/2 cup Sugar 
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1.5 cup Desiccated Coconut 
  • 2 tbsp Milk Malai
  • 1 cup Milk Powder
  • Green Food Colour

Instructions

  • To make coconut milk malai barfi, first place a pan on flame and add 15 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder to it.
  • Now mix everything well and milk sugar well.
  •  After sugar melts, add 1.5 cups of desiccated coconut, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes on low, medium flame.
  • Now, take a round tray, grease it with ghee, and place butter paper on and grease well.
  • After coconut resolve, add 2 tbsp of milk malai and mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  • Now add 1 cup of milk powder, mix well on low flame, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  •  After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame.
  • Now transfer 3/4 of milk into a greased tray and spread well.
  • Now, into the remaining mix, add green food colour and mix well.
  • Now transfer the green mix into the tray and spread well, and make a layer.
  • Now, let it set for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, check the barfi and transfer it to a plate and remove the butter paper.
  • Now garnish with silver Vark and cut it into pieces.
  • Now garnish it with orange food colour and garnish with almonds.
  • Now your Coconut malai barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
