Materials
- Coconut – 1
- Coconut Water – 3 tbsp
- Milk – 1 cup
- Milk Powder – 5 tbsp
- Corn Starch – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 5 tbsp
- Fresh Cream – 1/2 cup
Instructions
- To make the perfect coconut ice cream, take a fresh coconut, break it, and separate the white portion (and keep the coconut water in a bowl).
- Now peel the coconut with the help of a peeler and cut the coconut into small pieces.
- Now take a grinding jar, add coconut pieces and three tablespoons of coconut water, and make a fine paste.
- Now place a pan on a flame, add 1 cup of milk, and boil.
- Now take a bowl, add 5 tbsp of milk powder, 2 tbsp of corn flour, and 2 tbsp of milk, and make a slurry.
- After boiling the milk, add the prepared slurry and mix well.
- After the milk turns a little thick, add five tablespoons of sugar and mix well.
- After the ice cream mix turns thick, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- After the ice cream mix cools, add it to a bowl and keep it in the fridge for one hour.
- After an hour, take out the ice cream from the fridge.
- Now take the coconut paste grinding jar, add chilled ice cream mix, 1/2 cup of fresh cream, and churn well.
- Now take small glasses, fill the ice cream mix into them, and wrap the glasses with the help of foil paper.
- Now freeze the ice cream for 6-7 hours or overnight.
- After 6-7 hours, check the ice cream and de-mold it.
- Now your perfect Nariyal ice cream is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
