Coconut Chutney Recipe | How to make Coconut Chutney at Home | Nariyal Chutney Recipe
In this post, I am going to share recipes to make Perfect South Indian style Coconut chutney very easy step by step.
Yield: 5 searing
Materials
- 1 cup Finely Chopped Coconut
- 1/2 Inch Ginger
- 2 Green chilli
- 1 tbsp Roasted Chana dal
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaf
- Salt as per taste
- tamarind small piece
- warm water as needed
- 8 pcs curry leaves
Instructions
- To make South Indian Coconut Chutney first take 1/2 cup of chopped coconut.
- Now take a grinding jar and add chopped Coconut to it.
- Now add 1/2 inch of ginger, 2 pcs of green chilli, 1 tbsp of roasted chana dal, 2 tbsp of fresh coriander, salt as per taste, a small piece of seedless tamarind.
- Now add warm water as required blend everything well.
- Now transfer it into a bowl.
- Now place a Tadka pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of oil to it and heat.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of urad dal, 8 pcs of fresh curry leaves.
- Now turn off the flame and add it to the chutney.
- Now your Healthy and testy Nariyal Chutney is ready and you can enjoy it.
