Chamcham Gajak Recipe | How to make Chamcham Gajak at Home | Til Gud Barfi Gajak
Materials
- Til -1 Bowl/200 gm
- Gud/Jaggery – 1 cup/450
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Instructions
- To make a Perfect Jaipur Special Chamacha Gajak, first take 1 Bowl of Sesame seeds/Til.
- Now place a pan on flame, add Sesame seeds, and dry roast well until it turns golden and stirs continuously.
- After 2 minutes, turn off the flame, transfer the sesame seeds to a plate, and let it cool.
- Now, take a tray and grease it with ghee and keep it aside.
- Now, take a grinding jar, add sesame seeds, grind, and make a coarse powder.
- Into the jar, add 1 bowl of jaggery, 2 pcs brown cardamom powder, and blend well with sesame.
- Now, place a pan on flame and add 1 tbsp of ghee and melt well.
- After ghee melts, add Gajak Mix to the pan, mix well, and cook for 1- 2 minutes.
- After 1-2 minutes, turn off the flame.
- Now transfer the mix to the greased tray and spread well.
- Now garnish it with chopped pistachio and Cashew.
- Now let it Set for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, cut it into round pieces, unring a cookie cutter( you can also cut it into any shape you want).
- Now, your amazing Jaipur Special Chamcham Gajak is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
