  • Cabbage – 1/2 (250 gms)
  • Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup
  • Gram Flour – 1/4 cup
  • Semolina/Sooji – 1/4 cup
  • Fresh Curd – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Chilli – 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Coriander
  • Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
  • Curry Leaves
  • Sesame Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Slit Green Chilli – 3
  • Red Chillies – 2
  • Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

Materials

  • 1/2 Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Gram Flour
  • 1/4 cup Semolina/Sooji
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Curd
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Finely Chopped Chilli
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Finely Chopped Coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 3 Slit Green Chilli
  • 2 Red Chillies
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  •  To make this fantastic Wheat Flour Breakfast, first take 250 grams of grated cabbage.
  • Now, take another bowl and add 1/2 cup of wheat flour, 1/4 cup of gram flour, 1/4 cup of semolina, and mix everything well.
  • Now add grated cabbage, 1 tbsp of fresh curd, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, salt as per taste, one chopped green chilli, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of red chilli powder, 1 tsp of cumin powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, finely chopped coriander, 1/4 tsp of baking soda.
  • Now add 1 tbsp of oil and mix everything well and prepare a soft dough.
  • Now, divide the dough into three parts.
  • Now, one by one, roll all parts of the dough on a platform and make them like the following image.
  • Now take a steamer plate, grease it with oil and place all rolled dough on it.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, add three water glasses, close the lid, and boil.
  • After the water starts boiling, place the prepared plate on the pan, cover it with a lid, and steam for 12 minutes on low, medium flame.
  • After 12 minute check the rolls with a toothpick and if its come out clean this means rolls are cooked perfectly.
  • Now turn off the flame, take out all rolls on a plate, and let them cool.
  • Now, cut all rolls into small pieces.
  • Now, place a pan on flame, add 1 tbsp of oil, and heat well.
  • After the oil becomes hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp of asafoetida, curry leaves, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, three slits of green chilli, two dry red chillies, and roast a little.
  • Now, place prepare Muthia into the pan and roast well.
  • After some time, flipping all Muthia and roast well on both sides.
  • After, all Muthia turns golden and crispy, add 1 tsp of lemon juice to them.
  • Now transfer all Muthia to a plate and roast the next batch.
  • Now your Wheat flour and Cabbage Breakfast is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
