- 1/4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 4-5 tsp Cashew nuts
- 250 ml Fresh cream
- 250 gms Sugar Powder
- 2 tsp Butter scotch essence
- 1 pinch Yellow color
- 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
- To make the perfect Market-style Butterscotch Ice cream, first place a pan on flame.
- Now add 1/4 cup of sugar, stir continuously and melt it on low, medium flame.
- After sugar melts, add 1 tbsp of butter and mix well.
- Now add 3 tbsp of crushed cashew mix well and let it thick.
- After caramel crunch mix turns thick, transfer it to a greased plate, spread well, and let it set for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, check the caramel crunch and break it into small pieces.
- Now crush the caramel crunch with a roller pin and make a coarse powder.
- Now, take a chilled bowl(keep it in the freezer for 5-6 hours before using it).
- Now add 250 grams of chilled Amul cream into the chilled bowl.
- Now, whisk the cream well with the help of beater until it turns floppy.
- After whisking some seconds, add 2 tbsp of sugar powder and whisk well again.
- Now add 2 tsp of butterscotch essence, one pinch yellow food colour, and mix well.
- Now add prepared caramel crushed, 1/2 cup of milk, and mix gently.
- Now, take an airtight box and transfer the ice cream mix into it.
- Now garnish the ice cream with crushed caramel crunch.
- Now, place butter paper into the bowl, close the lid, and freeze it for 7-8 hours.
- After 7-8 hours, check your ice cream.
- Now your perfect Butterscotch ice cream is ready, and you can enjoy it.
