Ingredients List

  • Besan/Gram Flour – 1.5 cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Hot Oil – 1 tsp
  • Food Colour – 1 pinch
  • Baking Soda – 1 pinch
  • Sugar – 1.5 cup
  • Water – 1.5 cup..
  • Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Saffron Strands – 1 pinch
  • Food Color – 2 pinch
  • Melon Seeds – 2 tbsp

Materials

  • 1.5 cup Besan/Gram Flour 
  • 1 cup Water 
  • 1 tsp Hot Oil
  • 1 pinch Food Colour 
  • 1 pinch Baking Soda 
  • 1.5 cup Sugar 
  • 1.5 cup Water 
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 pinch Saffron Strands 
  • 2 pinch Food Color
  • 2 tsp Melon Seeds 

Instructions

  • To make Boondi Laddus, firstly we will make Boondi, then for this, you take a bowl.
  • Now add 1.5 cups of besan / Gram flour (Use the same cup for Measurement).
  • Now take 1.5 cups of water and add slowly and mix well and make a flowing consistency of the batter.
  • Now take a Kadhai and put it on the gas and add oil for deep frying and Heat it.
  • After the oil is heated take 1 tbsp. of oil from the kadhai and add in the better and also add 1 pinch food color, 1 Pinch baking soda.
  • Now whisk everything well with a spoon for 10 Minutes.
  • Now for making Boondi you can use skimmers/grater.
  • when you are going to add boondi better in the kadhai must check that oil is hot and the flame of gas on medium.
  •  Now take a grater and take it up on kadhai and add 1 ladle batter on the grater.
  • Now fry Boondi until it became Golden.
  • Once the boondi turns golden, take it out on a plate.
  • Now when you fry the second batch of better must clean the grater so it’s not lost it save.
  • Now Boondi is ready and Now we make Chashni.
  • Now put a large/wide pan on the gas and turn on the gas now add 1.5 cups of sugar and 1.5 cups of water in it and melt the sugar on medium flame.
  • when sugar is melted completely add 1/4 tbsp of cardamom powder, 1 pinch of the saffron strand to it, and mix everything.
  • Now add 2 pinch orange food color and mix everything.
  • Now turn off the gas for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes add all prepared Boondi to it and mix everything well.
  • Now turn on the gas on the low flame and add a lid on the pan.
  • Now take another pan and put it on the gas on the medium flame and add 2 tbsp of melon seeds and roast it.
  • Now add chopped Pista, roasted melon seeds in the boondi.
  • Now prepare laddus from the boondi Mix.
  • Now your Deliciuc Boondi laddu is ready and you can enjoy them.

22 – Now prepare laddus from the Boondi Mix.
