Gulab Jamun Delicious Tasty Recipe

बिना मावा खोया गुलाब जामुन बनाने का ऐसा आसान तरीका कि 100%एकदम स्पंजी और कभी नहीं फटेंगे Gulab Jamun

Sugar – 2 cups
Water – 2 cups
Cardamom – 4 pcs
Saffron strands
Rose essence – 1 tsp
Lime juice – 1/2 tsp
Ghee/Oil – 2 tbsp
All purpose flour – 2 tbsp
Semolina – 1 tbsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Milk powder – 1 cup
Milk – 6-7 tbsp
Oil for frying

  • To make Bina Mawa Khoya Gulab Jamun.
  • Take a pan add suagr,water and let it melt.
  • Add Cardamom,Saffron strands,Rose essence and boil on medium flame.
  • Prepare sticky sugar syrup.
  • Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice to stop crystallization process.
  • Turn off flame,cover and keep aside.
  • Now take a bowl add ghee,all purpose flour,semolina and mix well.
  • Add Baking soda,milk powder and mix all dry ingredients.
  • Add milk little by little and mix well and prepare a soft dough.
  • Cover & keep aside for 2 mins.
  • In a kadhai add oil and heat on low flame.
  • Take small portion of dough and Prepare small balls without cracks.
  • Add into oil and Fry on low flame until golden.
  • Stir oil with a spoon or strainer.
  • After golden take out and transfer into hot sugar syrup. Do not add in cool sugar syrup.
  • Cover and keep aside for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours Gulab Jamun is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!1
