बिना दूध मक्खन जैसी नरम बेसन मिल्क केक बनायीं की सबने मांग मांग के खायी Besan Milk Cake – Milk Cake

Ghee – 1/2 cup
Gram flour – 1 cup
Milk powder -3/4 cup
Sugar- 1 cup
Water – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry fruits- for garnishing

  • To make besan milk cake take pan/kadhai.
  • Add ghee and melt.
  • Add gram flour & roast on low flame till the mix turns paste & slowly turn aromatic.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Add milk powder.
  • Add little by little.
  • Take a pan & add sugar & add water & prepare 1 string consistency sugar syrup.
  • Add cardamom powder/saffron for flavour.
  • Let the sugar melt & cook on medium flame & check for 1 string consistency.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Add the prepared mix little by little.
  • Take a tray & grease with oil/ghee.
  • Transfer the prepared mix into the tray.
  • Spread it evenly & set it.
  • Garnish with dry fruits & let it set in room temperature/fridge.
  • Cut into pieces.
  • Store in air tight container for 15 days.
  • Besan milk cake is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
