Materials
- Wheat flour – 1 glass
- Water – 5 glass
- Ghee – 1/2 glass
- Cashew nut -2 tbsp
- Suger – 1/2 glass
- Water – 4 tbsp
- Water – 5 tsp
- Sugar – 2 glass
- Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- To make the perfect Instant Atta Halwa, take a bowl, and add one glass(100 grams) of wheat flour.
- Next step – little by little, add five glasses of water and mix well.
- Next step – place a Kadhai on flame, 2 tbsp of ghee(take a total of 1/2 glass of ghee use 2 tbsp of ghee now and we will use the remaining ghee later) and heat well.
- Next step – add 2 tbsp of cashew and roast a little.
- After the cashew turns a little pink, turn off the flame and transfer the cashew to a plate.
- Next step – add prepared batter into Kadhai, stir continuously, and cook on low flame.
- Next step – place a small pan on flame, add 1/2 glass of sugar, and four tbsp of water, and caramelize the sugar on medium to high flame.
- After the sugar turns golden, turn off the flame and stir continuously for some time.
- After some time, gently add 5 tsp of water, mix well and keep the caramel syrup aside.
- After the halwa starts coating on the spatula, add two glasses of sugar and mix well.
- After the sugar melts, add prepared caramel syrup and mix well.
- After mixing well, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix well.
- Next step – add 2 tbsp of ghee and mix well on medium flame.
- After the Halwa absorbs the ghee, add 2 tbsp of ghee and mix well.
- After some time, add the remaining ghee, fried cashew and mix everything well.
- After the Halwa turn thick & leaves the Kadhai turns off the flame.
- Now your perfect Atta Halwa is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
