This recipe is combination of fresh green peas & different types of dry spices.It can be made in different ways .Other delicious recipes are Matar crispies ,  Dhokla, & many more snacks .All these recipes are very instant & easy to make.It can be served as breakfast or as tea time snacks.It can be served with chutney

सस्ती हरी मटर गेहू के आटे का एकदम नया चटपटा नाश्ता जब खाओगे तो 4 और मांगोगे Matar Breakfast Recipe

INGREDIENTS
Boiled Green Peas – 1 cup
Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Semolina(Sooji) – 5 tbsp
Finely Chopped Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Carrot – 2 tbsp
Finely Chopped Green Chilly- 2 pcs
Red Chilly Flakes – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Finely Chopped Coriander
Fresh Curd – 3/4 cup
Water – 3 tbsp
Baking Soda – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Oil
Veg Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
Red Chilly Sauce – 3 tbsp

  • INSTRUCTIONS
  • To make Atta Matar Crispies take a grinding jar.
  • Add Boiled Green Peas & grind coarsely.
  • Transfer into bowl.
  • Add Wheat Flour,Semolina,Finely Chopped Capsicum, Finely Chopped Carrot, Finely Chopped Green Chilly, Red chilly Flakes
  • Chaat Masala,Cumin Powder,Salt,Finely Chopped Coriander,Fresh Curd
  • Mix well.
  • Add Water & Prepare thick batter.
  • Add Baking Soda & Add Lemon Juice to activate.
  • Gently Mix in one direction.
  • Add Veg Mayonnaise ,Red Chilly Sauce & mix well.
  • Heat Tadka pan on low-medium flame.
  • Add Oil & grease it.
  • Add Ladle full batter & add prepared sauce mix over it.
  • Cover with batter again.
  • Close with lid & cook for 1 minute.
  • After 1 minute sprinkle Oil over it.
  • Flip & cook from both sides.
  • Atta Matar Crispies is ready to serve.Enjoy!!
