Atta Matar Crispies Recipe | How to make Peas Breakfast | Matar Breakfast Recipe
Materials
- 1 cup Boiled Green Peas
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 5 tbsp Semolina(Sooji)
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Finely Chopped Carrot
- 2 pcs Finely Chopped Green Chilly
- 1 tsp Red Chilly Flakes
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- Salt to taste
- Finely Chopped Coriander
- 3/4 cup Fresh Curd
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Oil
- 3 tbsp Veg Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Red Chilly Sauce
Instructions
- To make this unique Matar Atta Crispers, first take a grinding jar and add 1 cup of green peas.
- Now grind and make a coarse paste and transfer it to a bowl.
- Now, add 1 cup of wheat flour into the bowl, 5 tbsp of semolina, 2 tbsp of finely chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp of finely chopped carrot, two chopped green chilli.
- Now add 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 tsp of chaat masala, 1 tsp of cumin powder, salt as per taste, finely chopped coriander.
- Now add 3/4 cup of curd and mix everything well.
- Now add little by little water as required and mix well and prepare a thick batter.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1 tsp of lemon juice and mix well.
- Now, take a bowl and add 3 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce and mix well.
- Now, place a Tadka pan on, grease it with oil and heat on low, medium flame.
- Now add 1 ladle full batter into tadka pan.
- Now add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise sauce to the batter; add more batter to cover the batter.
- Now, close the lid and cook it for 2 minutes on low, medium flame.
- After 2 minutes, turn it to another side and roast well for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute, check the Matar Atta Crisper, transfer it to a plate, and roast the next Matar Atta Crispies.
- Now your Atta Matar Crispers are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
