- Desiccated coconut – 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Oil – 6 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make the perfect Atta Biscuits, take a wide plate, add 2 cups of wheat flour, 1/2 cup of semolina, and mix well.
- Next step – add 1/4 cup of desiccated coconut, 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Next step – take a bowl, add 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water, and mix a little.
- Next step – in the flour, add 6 tbsp of oil(as required in batches) and mix well.
