Atta Barfi Milk Cake Recipe | How to make Atta Barfi Milk Cake | Wheat Flour Cake Recipe
Materials
- Wheat Flour – 1.5 cup
- Ghee – 1/2 cup
- Milk Powder – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- To make a Perfect Atta Milk cake, first place a pan on flame and add 1.5 cups of wheat flour.
- Now add 1/2 cup of ghee, mix well and roast well on low flame until aromatic and golden.
- After flour turns golden and aromatic, turn off the flame and stir continuously for some time.
- Now, into the pan, add 1/2 cup of milk powder and mix well.
- Now place another pan on flame and add 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and melt the sugar well until it turns a little thick and sticky.
- Now, take a cake tin and grease it with ghee.
- After sugar melts completely, add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder and mix well.
- After syrup turns sticky, turn off the flame.
- Now, place the Atta Mix pan on low flame.
- Now add prepared sugar syrup, mix well, and cook until it starts leaving the pan.
- After the mix starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame.
- Now transfer the mix to the greased tray and spread well.
- Now garnish the cake with chopped dry fruits.
- Now let it Set for 1/3 hour.
- After 1/2 hour, cut your milk cake into pieces.
- Now your Atta Milk cake is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
