Ingredients of Amritsari Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Paneer Bhurji Masala 

  • Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • Gram Flour – 3 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli Powder – 1.5 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1tsp
  • Aamchoor powder – 1tsp
  • Water – 3/4 cup
  • Salt as per taste

Paneer Bhurji 

  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Onion – 2
  • Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
  • Chopped Green Chilli – 2
  • Chopped Tomato – 2
  • Paneer – 200 grams
  • Besan mix – 2 tbsp
  • Water – 1/2 cup

Materials

Paneer Bhurji Masala 

  • 2 tbsp Ghee 
  • 3 tbsp Gram Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 
  • 1.5 tsp Red chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder 
  • 1 tsp Aamchoor powder 
  • 3/4 cup Water 
  • Salt as per taste

Paneer Bhurji 

  • 2 tbsp Butter 
  • 2 Chopped Onion 
  • 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 2 Chopped Green Chilli
  • 2 Chopped Tomato
  • 200 grams Paneer 
  • 2 tbsp Gram Flour mix
  • 1/2 cup Water 

Instructions

  • To make Amratshar Bhurji, first place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee and melt it on low flame.
  • After ghee melts, add 2 tbsp of gram flour and mix well and roast on low flame.
  • After 2 minutes, add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and mix well and roast.
  • Now add 1.5 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well.
  • Now add 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of dry mango powder, mix well, and roast.
  • When the masala is roasted well, add 3/4 cup of water and mix well.
  • Now add salt and per taste and mix well and cook until it turns thick.
  • After Mashala starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
  • Now, place a kadhai on flame and add 2 tbsp of butter, few drops of oil, and melt.
  • After butter melts, add 2 chopped onions and saute well on a low medium flame for 2 minutes.
  • After 2 minutes, add1 tsp of chopped ginger, 2 chopped green chilli, and saute well for 1 minute.
  • Now add 2 chopped tomatoes (cut into slices), and roast well until tomatoes turn soft.
  • Now, take 200 grams of cheese and crumble it using your hands.14 – After 2 -3 minutes, add 2 tbsp of the gram flour mix and mix well.15 – After 1-minute, add crumbled cheese and mix well.
  • After 2 -3 minutes, add 2 tbsp of the gram flour mix and mix well.
  • After 1-minute, add crumbled cheese and mix well.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
  • Now add chopped coriander and mix well and cook for some time.
  • Now add salt as per taste, and mix well and cook until it turns a little thick.
  • Now turn off the flame, and your Amritsari Paneer Bhurji is entirely ready.
  • Now garnish your Amritsari Paneer Bhurjiwith chopped coriander and pepper powder and serve it with bread and salad.

15 – After 1-minute, add crumbled cheese and mix well.
