Amritsari Paneer Bhurji Recipe | How to make Paneer Bhurji | Scrambled Indian Cheese
Materials
Paneer Bhurji Masala
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 3 tbsp Gram Flour
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1.5 tsp Red chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Aamchoor powder
- 3/4 cup Water
- Salt as per taste
Paneer Bhurji
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 Chopped Onion
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 2 Chopped Green Chilli
- 2 Chopped Tomato
- 200 grams Paneer
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour mix
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- To make Amratshar Bhurji, first place a pan on flame, add 2 tbsp of ghee and melt it on low flame.
- After ghee melts, add 2 tbsp of gram flour and mix well and roast on low flame.
- After 2 minutes, add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and mix well and roast.
- Now add 1.5 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well.
- Now add 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1 tsp of dry mango powder, mix well, and roast.
- When the masala is roasted well, add 3/4 cup of water and mix well.
- Now add salt and per taste and mix well and cook until it turns thick.
- After Mashala starts leaving the pan, turn off the flame and transfer it to a bowl.
- Now, place a kadhai on flame and add 2 tbsp of butter, few drops of oil, and melt.
- After butter melts, add 2 chopped onions and saute well on a low medium flame for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add1 tsp of chopped ginger, 2 chopped green chilli, and saute well for 1 minute.
- Now add 2 chopped tomatoes (cut into slices), and roast well until tomatoes turn soft.
- Now, take 200 grams of cheese and crumble it using your hands.14 – After 2 -3 minutes, add 2 tbsp of the gram flour mix and mix well.15 – After 1-minute, add crumbled cheese and mix well.
- After 2 -3 minutes, add 2 tbsp of the gram flour mix and mix well.
- After 1-minute, add crumbled cheese and mix well.
- Now add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
- Now add chopped coriander and mix well and cook for some time.
- Now add salt as per taste, and mix well and cook until it turns a little thick.
- Now turn off the flame, and your Amritsari Paneer Bhurji is entirely ready.
- Now garnish your Amritsari Paneer Bhurjiwith chopped coriander and pepper powder and serve it with bread and salad.
