Aloo Tikona Bites | How to make Potato Tringle Bites | Aloo Breakfast Recipe
Materials
- 4 Boiled Potatoes
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Lime Juice/Dry mango powder
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- Finely chopped coriander
- 3 tbsp All-Purpose flour
- Water as required
- Bread crumbs of 4 bread
- = Oil for frying
Instructions
- To make Aloo Tikona Bites, first take four boiled potatoes and grate them with the help of a grater.
- Now add 1/2 tsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp of pav bhaji masala salt per taste, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- Now add 2 tbsp of cornflour, finely chopped coriander, and mix everything well.
- Now coat the mix with oil.
- Now, take a tray and great it with oil.
- Now transfer potato bites, mix into the tray, and spread well.
- Now, let it set into the fridge for 30 minutes or 20 minutes in the freezer.
- After 30 minutes, take out tray from the fridge and de-mold Potato bites mix on a platform.
- Now cut it into squire pieces, then cut the squire pieces into two tringle pieces.
- Now, if you want to store the potato bites, then store them into an airtight box in the freezer.
- Now, take a bowl and add 3 tbsp of all-purpose flour( alternatively, you can use cornflour, rice flour, or arrowroot powder) and add 1/2 cup of water and mix well and prepare a slurry.
- Now add salt as per taste and mix well again
- Now, one by one, coat Tikona potato bites and dip them into all-purpose flour slurry, then coat them with bread crumbs.
- Now, place a pan on flame, add oil for deep fry, and heat well on medium flame.
- After oil becomes hot, add prepared potato Tikona bites into oil and fry well until golden and crisp.
- After all Tikona Bites turn golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.
- Now your Amazing Tikona Bites are completely ready, and you can enjoy them.
