Ingredients of Aloo Laccha Namkeen Recipe 

  • Peeled Potatoes – 4
  • Sago(Sabudana) – 1/2 cup
  • Peanut – 1/2 cup
  • Cashewnut – 1/4 cup
  • Raisins – 1/4 cup
  • Rock salt as per taste
  • Black pepper powder – 1 tsp

Materials

  • 4 Peeled Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Sago(Sabudana)
  • 1/2 cup Peanut 
  • 1/4 cup Cashewnut 
  • 1/4 cup Raisins 
  • Rock salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder 

Instructions

  • To make Fasting special, Aloo Laccha Namkeen first take four peeled potatoes and keep them in water.
  • Now grate all potatoes with a thick size grater.
  • Now wash the grated potato with water 2-3 times to remove the starch till water is clear.
  • Now remove the excess water and transfer the potato to a towel and spread well, and clean the water.
  • Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for frying and heat well.
  •  After the oil is hot little by little, add grated potato into the pan and deep fry on high flame until golden.
  • After the potato turns golden, transfer the potato to a plate.
  • Now again, heat the oil well.
  • After the oil is hot, add 1/2 cup of sago and deep fry well.
  •  After frying the sago, transfer it to the plate.
  • Now, into hot oil, add 1/2 cup of peanuts and fry well on medium flame.
  •  After peanuts, roast well transfer it to the plate.
  • Now add 1/4 cup of cashew and fry well on low flame.
  • After cashew turns golden, transfer them into a plate.
  •  Now add 1/4 cup of raisins and fry well on low flame.
  • Now, transfer the raisin to the plate.
  • Now turn off the flame and fry a few curries leave on-off flame Then take out curry leave into the plate and let everything cool.
  • After everything cool, adds rock salt as per taste, 1 tsp of pepper powder, and mix gently.
  • If you don’t eat it In Fasting, you can add red chilli powder and salt; this will make the Namkeen testier.
  • Now your Aloo Laccha Namkeen is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.

Aloo Lachha Namkeen Recipe – Step By Step
