  • Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp

Materials

  • Salt – 150 grams
  • Turmeric Powder – 20 grams
  • Red chilli Powder – 20 grams
  • Yellow mustard – 10 grams
  • Black Mustard – 10 grams
  • Methi Seeds – 10 grams
  • Black Cumin/Kalongi – 20 grams
  • Fennel Seeds – 20 grams
  • Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds -5 grams

Instructions

  • To make amazing Achar Masala, first place a pan on flame, add Methi Seeds into it, and dry roast.
  • After Methi seeds are roasted well, transfer them to a plate.
  • Now add fennel seeds into and dry roast well.
  • After Fennel seeds are roasted well, transfer them to a plate.
  • Now add Cumin seeds into and dry roast well.
  • Now turn off the flame and add Kaloji into the pan when the pan is hot and roast a little.
  • Now transfer it to a plate and let all ingredients cool.
  • Now, take a grinding jar and add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, Methi Seeds, Asafoetida into it and grind well and make a little coarse powder.
  • Now transfer the powder into a bowl.
  • Into the grinding jar, add yellow mustard seeds, black mustard seeds, grind well and make a little coarse powder.
  • Now, transfer the powder into the bowl with Methi seeds powder.
  • Into the bowl, add Kalonji, garam masala, turmeric powder, green chilli powder, salt.
  • Now mix everything well.
  • Now, your Instant Achar Masala is completely ready, and you can make any Achar with it in just some minutes.
