Materials
- Raw Mango – 1 Kg
- Mishri मिश्री – 750 Gms
- Cinnamon – 2-3 Sticks
- Cardamom – 4 Pcs
Instructions
- To make the perfect & Healthy Aam Ka Murabba, take 1 kg of raw mango.
- Now, peel and cut all the mangoes into small medium-thick slices.
- Now place a pan on flame, add water, and boil.
- After the water starts boiling, add mango pieces into the water and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
- After 5-6 minutes, when mangoes turn soft, turn off the flame.
- Now drain the water and keep the water & mango aside.
- Now, take 750 grams of Mishri and crush it with the help of a roller.
- Now add crushed Mishri into a grinding jar, grind well and make a fine powder.
- Now pour the Mirshri Powder on the boiled mango pieces.
- Now, cover the bowl and leave it aside for 30-40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, check the Murabba Mixture.
- Now place a kadhai on flame, add murabba mix, and cook on medium flame.
- After some time, 2-3 cinnamon sticks, 3-4 cardamom, some saffron strands, and mix well.
- After the sugar syrup turn thick, add 1 tsp of lemon juice and mix well.
- After the sugar syrup turns to one string consistency, turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Now your amazing Mango Murabba is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
Mango Shikanji Recipe
- Now, take a glass and fill it with the remaining boiled mango water into them.
- Now add 1/4 black salt, 1 tsp of sugar powder, and 1 tsp of Shikanji masala.
- Now add some ice cubes and mix everything well.
- Now your amazing Mango Shikanji Drink is ready, and you can enjoy it.
