  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped dry fruits

Materials

  • 3/2 cup Mango Pulp
  • 1//2 cup Sugar 
  • 1/4 cup Warm Milk
  • 1 cup Milk Powder 
  • 3/4 cup Desiccated Coconut 
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • Chopped dry fruits

Instructions

  • To make Aam Bahar barfi, first place a pan on flame and add 3/2 cup of Mango Pulp and cook.
  • Now add 1/2 cup of sugar, mix well, and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
  • Now, take a small bowl, add 1/2 cup of warm milk, 1 cup of milk powder and mix well.
  • After sugar melts, add prepared milk powder, mix into the pan and mix well.
  • After mixing, add 3/4 tbsp of coconut desiccated coconut and mix well.
  • Now add 1/2 tsp of cardamom powder, mix well and cook until its starts leaving the pan.
  • After the mix turns thick, turn off the flame and let it cool.
  • Now, take a tray and grease it with oil.
  • Now add a sliver-foil on the tray and grease it well.
  • Now transfer Barfi Mix to it and spread well.
  • Now garnish the barfi with the Chopped Almond and Pistachio.
  • Let it set in the fridge at in-room temperature.
  • After some time, check your milk barfi and cut it into the desired shape.
  • Now, your Aam Bahar Barfi is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
