Materials
- Semolina – 1 cup
- Hot Water – 1 cup
- Boiled potato – 2
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Red Chili – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida- 2 pinch
- Cumin Seed – 1/2 tsp
- Carom Seed – 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – 2 pinch
- Kasoori Methi – 1 tsp
- Chopped Coriander
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Green Chilli – 150 gm
For Dhaba Style Mirchi Fry
- Mustard Oil – 1 tbsp
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Asafoetida – 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder – 2 pinch
- Gram flour – 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice
- Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Salt as per Taste
- Dry mango Powder – 1 tsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Aloo Suji Ki Puri, take a wide plate, add 1 cup of fine Suji, 1 cup of hot water, mix well, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Next step: take two boiled and peeled potatoes and grate with the help of a fine grater.
- Next step: check the suji, add grated potato, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of red chilli flakes, 2 pinches of asafoetida, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, 1 tsp of crushed carom seeds, 2 pinches of turmeric powder, and 1 tsp of kasoori methi.
- Next step: add chopped coriander, 1 teaspoon of oil, and 1 cup of wheat flour, mix well, and prepare a soft dough.
- Next step: cover the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Next step: check the dough and prepare small balls with it.
- Next step: one by one, roll all the puri.
- Next step: place a pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
- After the oil is medium-hot, add the prepared puri and fry well until golden and crispy.
- After the poori turns golden and crispy, transfer the poori to a plate and fry the next puri.

Dhaba Style Mirchi Fry Recipe
- To make the amazing Dhaba-style Mirchi Fry, take 150 grammes of green chillies.
- Next step: slit all the green chillies like in the following image.
- Next step: place a pan on flame, add 1 tablespoon of mustard oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, turn off the flame to low, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp of asafietida, and 2 tbsp of crushed fennel seeds, mix well, and roast.
- Next step: 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 2 tsp of coriander powder, 1/2 tsp of cumin powder, 2 pinches of Kashmiri red chilli powder, and 1 tbsp of gramme flour. Mix everything well and cook.
- Next step: add slit green chillies and mix well.
- Next step: add lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of black salt, salt per taste, and 1 teaspoon of dry mango powder, and mix well.
