Materials
- Semolina – 1/2 cup
- All Purpose Flour – 1/2 cup
- Green Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Oil – 4 tbsp
- Curd – 5 tbsp
- Baking Powder – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Saffron Strands
Instructions
- To make easy and Instant Rashbhari Suji Sweet, take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of fine semolina.
- Next step – add 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder, and mix everything well.
- Next step – add 1/4 cup of oil, 5 tbsp of curd and mix everything well.
- Next step – add water as required and prepare a medium-thick batter.
- Next step – add 1 tsp of baking powder, mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Next step – place a pan on flame, add 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, and boil.
- After the sugar starts boiling, add some saffron strands and mix well.
- After 3-4 minutes, check the sugar syrup; if it feels sticky, this means the sugar syrup is perfect.
- Now turn off the flame and keep the sugar syrup aside.
- Next step – take a piping bag(use star nozzle to get amazing design) and fill prepared batter into it.
- Next step – place a wide pan on flame, add oil for frying, and heat well.
