ईद स्पेशल शीर खुरमा की ऐसी परफेक्ट इजी रेसिपी जिसका स्वाद कभी भुल नहीं पाएंगे Sheer Khurma Recipe

Full fat milk – 1 litre
Soaked and chopped cashew nuts – 2 tbsp
Soaked and chopped almonds – 2 tbsp
Raisins – 1.5 tbsp
Soaked and chopped dates – 3-4
Chironji – 1 tbsp
Soaked and chopped pista – 1.5 tbsp
Ghee – 4 tbsp
Sevai – 30 gms
Condensed Milk – 150 gms
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Saffron strands – 1 pinch

  • In a heavy based pan add milk and boil.
  • Soak all dry fruits overnight or 1 hour in hot water and chop them and keep aside.
  • In other pan add ghee and roast all dry fruits until golden.
  • Turn off flame and keep dry fruits aside.
  • Scape sides of milk and mix into it.
  • Add fried dry fruits into milk and boil until thick.
  • In same pan add 2 tbsp ghee and roast Sevai.
  • After golden turm off flame.
  • Add sevai into milk and stir well.
  • Add Condensed Milk and boil milk for 8 mins.
  • Add Elachi powder and mix well.
  • Turn of flame and add saffron strands and mix well.
  • Close lid and let it cool.
  • Sheer kurma is ready. Serve hot or chilled
