- Sugar – 1 cup
- Milk – 1 ltr
- Custard Powder – 1 tbsp ‘
- Milk – 4 tbsp
- Saffron Strands
- Cardamom Powder
- Basil Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Ice Cubes
- Pistachio
- Almonds
Instructions
- Place a pan on medium flame, add 1 cup of sugar, and let it melt completely.
- Once the sugar melts, add 1/4 cup of water and mix well.
- Lower the flame and slowly pour in 1 liter of milk, stirring continuously to combine.
- In a small bowl, take 1 tablespoon of custard powder and mix it with 4 tablespoons of milk to form a smooth paste.
- Gradually add the prepared custard mixture to the milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
- Add saffron-infused water, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well.
- Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool.
- Once cooled, add soaked basil seeds (sabja), ice cubes, chopped pistachios, and almonds.
