Materials
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Puffed Rice – 5 cups
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Crushed Papdi
- Bombay Mix Namkeen
- Chana Dal Namkeen
- Nylon Sev
- Roasted peanuts
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped tomato
- Chopped Boiled Potato

- Lemon Juice
For Green Chutney
- Coriander
- Mint
- Leaves Green chilli – 3-4
- Garlic cloves – 4
- Salt as per taste
- Roasted peanuts – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Water – 2 tbsp
For Garlic Chutney
- Garlic – 2 tbsp
- Red Chili - 10
- Salt as per Taste
- Namkeen Sev – 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice
For Tamarind Chutney
- Tamarind - 3 tbsp
- Crushed Jaggery – 4 tbsp
- Water – 3/4 cup
- Black Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Salt
- Red Chili Powder
- Cumin Powder
- Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Instructions
- To make the perfect Mumbai Street Style Bhel Puri, place a Kadhai on flame, add 1 tsp of oil, and heat well.
- After the oil is hot, add 5 cups of Puffed Rice/Murmura mix well.
- Next step – add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder, and salt as per taste, mix well and roast until it turns crispy.
- After the puffed rice turns crispy, turn off the flame, transfer it to a plate and let it cool.
- Next step – add 3-4 crushed Papdi into puffed rice.
- Next step – add 5 tbsp of Bombay mix Namkeen, 4 tbsp of Chana dal Namkeen, 5-6 tbsp of Fine Nylon Sev, and 3-4 tbsp of roasted peanuts.
- Next step – add 4-5 tbsp of chopped onion, 4 tbsp of finely chopped tomato, and chopped boiled potato.

Green Chutney Recipe
- To make the perfect Green chutney, take a grinding jar and add coriander to it.
- Now add mint leaves, 3-4 green chilli, four garlic cloves, salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp of black salt, two pinch asafoetida, and 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Now add 1 tbsp of roasted peanuts, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 2 tbsp of water, grind well and make a fine paste.

Garlic Chutney Recipe
- To make the perfect Garlic chutney, take a grinding jar, add 2 tbsp of garlic cloves, and 8-10 soaked red chilli.
- Now add salt as per taste, 1 tbsp of Namkeen Sev, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1 tbsp of water, grind well and make a fine paste.

Tamarind Chutney Recipe
- Now take a pan, add 3 tbsp of seedless tamarind and 4 tbsp of grated jaggery.
- Now add 3/4 cup of water, place the pan on flame and boil until thick.
